How to make your penguin Christmas card
Step 1
Cut a sheet of dotty paper and a sheet of striped paper to measure 14.2x7.1cm. Stick this to the white piece of 14.6x14.6cm card. Hide the join with a strip of die-cut lace from the Grand Lace Die and fix the aqua ribbon in place over the lace as shown. Fix this to the card blank with the fold at the top.
Step 2
Stamp the ‘Igloo for Two’ design on a piece of die-cut Labels 11 card and colour. Draw around the outside of the die on a piece of pale blue card and mat the stamped image on to this. Adhere in the centre of the card. Stamp out the sentiment on white card and punch out with the 1in punch. Adhere this to a blue 1 1/4in circle and add to the card with sticky fixers.
Step 3
Die-cut and punch snowflakes from white and blue glitter card and assemble as shown in the photo with the roses. Fix in place and then make swirls using the flat-backed rhinestones and buttons. Fix the charm under the knot in the ribbon.
Step 4
Apply Stardust Stickles around the edges of the designer paper, around the image and also on the igloo and on the ground area.
