Just had to quickly update with with the frolics that we've been having at Papercraft inspirations HQ today! It's all in honour of designer Lucille's birthday, which was at the weekend. So like Her Majesty The Queen, she's been enjoying an unofficial birthday now that she's back in the office. We've crafted personalised bunting from doilies, downloadable images, stickers and more... ... we gave her pressies and a super-cute hand stamped card - we all know that hand crafted is the best!.... ... and editor Jenny unleashed her best baking skills to make the most mouth-watering cake for us all to enjoy. Lu's 'signature' colour is this bright orange, and the keen eyes among you may notice that it's the same favourite orange colour for us on Papercraft inspirations (as seen by the bright summery feel of our latest cover, issue 88 - on sale this week!)

Designers, graphic designers and printers use the standardised Pantone references for all colours to match to. It's effectively like a paint swatch match for arty types ;) You can see it's Lu's fave from her matching Pantone mug in the photo too! Happy unofficial birthday Lu!
